Diese Arbeit analysiert den aktuellen Entwurfs des Standards der TMCL. Es werden die Schemaelemente vorgestellt. Auf Basis dieser Analyse wurde ein grafischer Editor erstellt, der in der vorliegenden Arbeit ebenfalls beschrieben wird. Mit Hilfe dieses Editors ist es möglich, TMCL-Schemas zu erstellen. Für die Darstellung des Schemas in Form eines Diagramms wurde zusätzlich die ebenfalls noch nicht standardisierte Graphical Topic Map Notation (kurz GTM) verwendet.
